In addition to the services provided by Emploi-Québec to all Quebecers, a number of services and resources are designed especially to help immigrants find and keep jobs.
Would you like to know the steps to follow to find a job? See the information sheet Get what you need to find a job—Helpful solutions for immigrants (PDF, 59 KB):
We also have videos that you can watch to help you through the various steps during your integration into the Québec labour market. (French only)
If you're an immigrant and haven't yet had a chance to work in your own field in Canada or the U.S., the Employment Integration Program for Immigrants and Visible Minorities (PRIIME) can open doors with potential employers. Your new employer could receive a subsidy to cover certain additional expenses related to hiring you, including the salary of a support person, training costs and the cost of specific integration measures.

Are you a young member of a cultural community or visible minority group? If so, Québec pluriel can help you enter the labour market, in particular by providing opportunities for making contacts and helpful advice from an experienced mentor.
Need to improve your French to find work in the Québec labour market or keep the job you already have? The French (Francization) courses provided by Emploi-Québec's Manpower Training measure could meet your needs.

Warning! Be aware that individuals falsely claiming to be Emploi-Québec representatives are using the Internet to offer fake job opportunities in Québec to persons living abroad. They are attempting to collect personal information and extract money from the persons that they target. Please note that Emploi-Québec never asks candidates to provide documents or payment in order to work in Québec and does not send out job offers by email.
See the Obtaining a comparative evaluation page on the website of the Ministère de l'Immigration, de la Diversité et de l'Inclusion.
Register with the Online Placement website (under “Holders of a Québec Selection Certificate”) to publish your candidacy and consult a job bank. If you find a job using this service, Citizenship and Immigration Canada will review your application for a permanent resident visa on a priority basis.
