Many services are offered in Services Québec offices across Québec:
To find out which office you should contact about your needs, or to contact the Direction régionale for your area, use the Services Québec office Locator.
To find out about your social assistance file or our programs and services, contact us Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Do you want to send us a document by fax or in writing? You will have to do so at your local employment centre. To obtain the fax number or the address of the centre, please consult the local employment centre locator.

To file a complaint, submit a comment or apply for administrative reconsideration, please contact the Direction des plaintes et des relations avec la clientèle of the Ministère du Travail, de l’Emploi et de la Solidarité sociale.
